Shipping & delivery
Every order is packed by hand and sent as a tracked PostNord parcel.
Where we ship
We currently deliver within Sweden only. Delivery to other Nordic and EU countries is coming later.
Cost
Tracked PostNord parcel: 69 kr per order, whatever its size. All prices are in SEK and include VAT.
When will it arrive?
We pack and send orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. PostNord usually delivers in 1–3 business days.
You'll get a tracking number once your parcel is on its way, and you can follow it on our Track my order page.
Payment
Placing an order doesn't charge you. We'll email you payment details, and we ship once payment is received.
Something went wrong?
If your parcel is damaged, lost, or never collected from the service point, contact us and we'll sort it out. Please keep the packaging and take a photo if anything arrives broken.
