Returns & right of withdrawal

Under Swedish law you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without giving a reason.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened press-on nails and lashes can't be returned unless they are faulty.

1. Email us your order number and what you'd like to return.

2. Pack the items safely (especially glassware) and send them to: return address.

3. Return postage is paid by the customer.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back.

If something arrives broken or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time with a photo. We'll replace or refund it, and you won't pay for return postage. Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act always apply.
